Marketing Manager

Othentic Labs is R&D company in the blockchain space, backed by top-tier VCs, including Coinbase Ventures, Breyer Capital, and Finality Capital.

We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to drive super-engaging and integrated marketing campaigns across social media, PR, events, and content marketing.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, shape Othentic’s story, oversee content creation, and strengthen our presence across social channels.

Your day-to-day job will involve collaborating on and executing content campaigns that fuel organic traffic across regions. You’ll need to be a lover of stories well told and unafraid to dive into the tech to get the messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning & messaging for Othentic that clearly communicates Othentic’s value proposition, ensuring clear articulation of value to technical and business audiences.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product releases, integrations, and features
• Drive product launch planning in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Growth.
• Work directly with customers and partners on announcements and launches.
• Define and track key success metrics related to adoption, engagement, and sales impact
• Build a marketing strategy that aligns business goals with technical insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
• Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional writing and communication skills — able to craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for diverse audiences
• Proven track record in GTM strategy and high-impact growth campaigns.
• Strong understanding of product marketing techniques.

Bonus

• 2+ years of experience in fintech/crypto/blockchain/web3.
• Experience in visual and generative AI alongside AI-driven marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct and present qualitative & quantitative insights.
