Clinic Services and Patient Experience Lead

Stella Israel, a leader in innovative mental health treatments, is hiring a Clinic Services and Patient Experience Lead who will be responsible for the successful operation of the company’s clinics in Ramat Hachayal and Ra’anana.

The clinics provide treatment days for PTSD, anxiety, and depression, including SGB and ketamine therapies. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other professionals to ensure that every treatment day is conducted with precision, professionalism, and empathy so that every patient receives the best possible care.

Position Scope

• Full-time role, hybrid format (2–4 clinic days per week).

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the clinics while ensuring high-quality care, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain smooth clinic operations: equipment, inventory, procedures, and compliance with standards.
• Lead treatment days: coordinate staff, prepare materials, and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Take responsibility for the patient experience, from arrival to post-treatment follow-up.
• Collect and analyze clinical and operational data for continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, training, professional development, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
• Collaborate with the medical team to create an optimal work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• High empathy, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Experience working with patients coping with PTSD, anxiety, and depression is a significant advantage.
• Preference for candidates with a therapeutic or medical background (social work, psychology, nursing).
• Ability to balance compassion with efficiency in a dynamic, multi-tasking clinical environment.
