Head of Product Design

You will build and lead a high-performing team of designers, cultivate a strong design culture across the company, and act as the key voice for design at the executive table.

You will partner closely with product management, engineering, and security domain experts to transform complex workflows and data into interfaces that empower security professionals to act with confidence under pressure. From evolving our design system to ensuring accessibility and consistency, you will set the standard for excellence in design across all of our platforms.

• Define and drive the long-term product design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product designers, fostering growth, craft, and strategic impact.
• Establish and maintain a robust design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure design is a critical driver of product and business success.
• Champion user-centered design practices, balancing innovation with usability in high-stakes security environments.
• Represent design at the executive level, influencing strategic decisions with insights rooted in user experience.

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading design for complex, data-intensive platforms—experience in cybersecurity, defense, or mission-critical domains is highly advantageous.
• Deep expertise in design systems, information visualization, and workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and grow design teams while establishing strong partnerships with executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence.
