Full-time position from offices in Netanya, 5 days a week 🏢.

Job Description:

• Responsibility for recruitment, managing the entire hiring process from start to finish, including the onboarding process.
• Employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively into the organization, including system access.
• Handling employee welfare and personal matters within the company, providing guidance and advice to company managers, and assisting with termination processes.
• Taking initiative on cross-functional projects and implementing new work processes.
• Preparing payroll, handling terminations, and managing month-end closures.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree—significant advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment roles—must-have.
• Motivation to grow in the field, strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and assertiveness.
• Full-time position, 5 days a week.
