Monitoring Center Specialist

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Monitoring Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of systems and business metrics, detecting anomalies, and ensuring operational stability. You will track system logs, automated jobs, server alerts, and customer behavior patterns using dashboards, SQL queries, and other monitoring tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Monitor and analyze system performance, business KPIs, and customer trends
• Detect anomalies and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Manage incident handling, prioritization, and escalation workflows
• Correlate technical alerts with business impact (e.g., drop in reservations, failed transactions)
• Generate reports and insights using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure operational continuity
• Follow auditing procedures to meet compliance and regulatory standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or AWS CloudWatch
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze system and job execution logs
• Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, and response time monitoring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
