Spa Manager – ENJOY Dead Sea Hotel

ENJOY Dead Sea Hotel, a leading luxury destination, is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee and develop our spa department. This is a key leadership role, combining operational management, sales growth, and the delivery of an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the spa and treatment facilities.
• Supervise and motivate the spa team to maintain the highest service standards.
• Develop sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue.
• Manage departmental budget, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work closely with hotel management and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience within the spa or wellness industry.
• Strong sales background and ability to drive business results.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (additional languages an advantage).
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and experience with operational systems.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays.
