ENJOY Dead Sea Hotel, a leading luxury destination, is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee and develop our spa department. This is a key leadership role, combining operational management, sales growth, and the delivery of an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the spa and treatment facilities.
Supervise and motivate the spa team to maintain the highest service standards.
Develop sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue.
Manage departmental budget, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Work closely with hotel management and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

Proven management experience within the spa or wellness industry.
Strong sales background and ability to drive business results.
Fluency in Hebrew and English (additional languages an advantage).
High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literacy and experience with operational systems.
Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays.
