Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Operations Manager located in Daliyat al-Karmel. The Call Center Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing operations efficiently, utilizing analytical skills, and implementing workforce management strategies.
