The unique solution delivers live technical & physical performance data to maximize player development, optimize playing style, and reduce injury risk. Playermaker is one of the hottest sports-tech companies in the world - well funded, recently accredited by FIFA, and establishing partnerships with some of the world’s largest clubs.

We are looking for a part-time Procurement & Supply Chain Manager.

Three workdays from the office (Ra’anana) and two from home (flexible), between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes directly with vendors and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Oversee and control vendor payments.
Conduct supplier research and sourcing, primarily via Alibaba.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and monitor purchasing plans and supply timelines.
Identify opportunities for procurement cost reduction.
Generate Air Waybills using FedEx systems.
Track shipments and log related invoices.
Record goods receipts in the Priority ERP system.
Prepare shipping documentation within Priority.

Requirements and qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in procurement/ supply chain and/ or import/export.
Familiarity with Alibaba and/or AliExpress sourcing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Priority) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated and dependable, with a consistent ability to meet deadlines without procrastination.
Proactive and energetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude to support the fast-paced operations of a growing startup.
High level of English
