The Missiles & Space Division is seeking a Contracts & Agreements Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading legal–commercial negotiations for drafting commercial contracts in Israel and abroad (with a focus on procurement contracts).
- Providing legal advice and drafting opinions on tender law, procurement, and contracts.
- Supporting tenders and requests for quotations.
- Participating in tender and procurement committees.
What We’re Looking For
- LL.B. in Law – mandatory.
- Licensed attorney – mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in contract management and/or legal practice.
- Strong business acumen and proven negotiation experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience drafting commercial contracts in English.
- Excellent command of legal–commercial English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willingness to work under pressure, including non-standard hours when needed.
- Availability to travel abroad according to role requirements.
