Contracts & Agreements Manager

The Missiles & Space Division is seeking a Contracts & Agreements Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading legal–commercial negotiations for drafting commercial contracts in Israel and abroad (with a focus on procurement contracts).
• Providing legal advice and drafting opinions on tender law, procurement, and contracts.
• Supporting tenders and requests for quotations.
• Participating in tender and procurement committees.

What We’re Looking For

• LL.B. in Law – mandatory.
• Licensed attorney – mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in contract management and/or legal practice.
• Strong business acumen and proven negotiation experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience drafting commercial contracts in English.
• Excellent command of legal–commercial English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work under pressure, including non-standard hours when needed.
• Availability to travel abroad according to role requirements.
