The Role

We are seeking a CEO to lead the next phase of global expansion. The role combines commercial leadership with the ability to understand and communicate scientific and engineering concepts. A strong emphasis will be placed on building the company’s presence in the United States while maintaining and expanding activities in other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and global partners.
• Align sales, R&D, and manufacturing to support innovation and market needs.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Represent the company at key international trade shows and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and commercial leadership, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, biotechnology, or specialty chemicals.
• Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience working with international distributors and enterprise clients.
• Strong willingness and ability to travel extensively, particularly to the US.
• Strategic, results-oriented leadership with experience scaling global operations.
