Customer Success Specialist

Edventure.il is an AI-powered EdTech startup on a mission to revolutionize personalized learning and close educational gaps for students everywhere. We're growing – and looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• Support onboarding & implementation for schools and municipalities.
• Provide excellent ongoing client support and training.
• Troubleshoot first-level technical issues (Java/Node.js environment).
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Content teams.
• Help shape our customer journey and ensure client success.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years in Customer Success / Support / Implementation – preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
• Basic technical background – Java script / Node.js / API familiarity.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Passion for innovation and impact in education.
• Native-level Hebrew & strong English.
• Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.
