Senior Penetration Tester & Researcher

E.V.A Information Security is seeking a driven and talented Senior Penetration Tester to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Penetration Tester & Researcher, you will:

• Conduct advanced security assessments of web and mobile applications.
• Develop and execute realistic attack simulations.
• Produce detailed, high-quality reports and present findings to clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen their overall security posture.
• You will drive cutting-edge offensive security research, publishing impactful findings on a global scale (PR) while delivering exclusive, confidential breakthroughs for select clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in penetration testing or red teaming.
• Strong expertise in web and mobile application security testing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Background in related technical fields such as software development, system administration, or network engineering.

Nice to Have (Advantages)

• Experience in security research.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWA, or OSCE.
• Knowledge of container and Kubernetes security, cloud security, IaaC, and native cloud workload protection.
• Experience integrating security practices across the software development lifecycle.
• A strong blend of technical acumen and business understanding.
