Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Specialist – Technical & Content at our Hod Hasharon office. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, building links, analyzing web analytics, and optimizing on-page SEO. The specialist will work closely with the content and technical teams to ensure that SEO strategies are effectively implemented and performance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and implement a full-scale SEO strategy: technical, content and off-page.

- Conduct keyword research for both Israeli and global markets.

- Optimize website structure, UX, mobile performance, and loading speed.

- Collaborate with content creators to improve meta tags and on-page content.

- Build and manage high-quality backlinks and external collaborations.

- Handle technical SEO aspects: indexation, sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, etc.

- Use leading SEO tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in improving organic traffic and rankings.

- Proficiency in SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush).

- Solid technical understanding: indexing, canonical tags, site speed, basic HTML.

- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.

- Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

- Advantage: Experience in B2B, SaaS, international markets, and working with dev teams.

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, in both technical and content-oriented roles in tech.
