Branch computing team, responsible for the hardware in the branches including terminal equipment, workstations, servers, internal network, external communication, WIFI communication, telephony, points, time machines, texting machines, etc.

The team is responsible for:

Establishment and changes to the system

Management and operation of communication lines

Operation of the telephony system

Operation of the WIFI system

Support for line 2 in the safe infrastructure

Coordination and operation of external parties

Essence of the role:

Operation of service companies

Coordination between the various parties to carry out the work simultaneously and in sequence

Management and support of infrastructure failures

Handling recurring and cross-cutting failures

Refreshing the computer equipment in the branches and replacing consumable equipment

Leading and participating in cross-cutting projects in the branches

Responding to the needs and complaints arising from the branches

- Background in terminal and network management

- Experience in supporting and servicing at least 6 employees

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in supplier management

- Knowledge of communication and computer networks

- Experience in managing infrastructure projects and operating external companies and internal entities

- Knowledge of office tools and data analysis

- Self-learning ability

- Excellent interpersonal skills
