Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing projects, and ensuring optimal customer experiences. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and solve problems.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales experience or customer service experience is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Relevant degree or certification in business, logistics, or a related field
