Influencer Marketing & Partnership Manager

Job Description

RealPlay LTD is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing social gaming for the US market. 

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join our growing Strategic Growth & Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers and content creators, running influencer programs that drive user acquisition and retention, and ensuring strong ROI across all influencer activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, source and onboard new influencers and partners each quarter.

Influencer Program Management

• Develop and manage influencer programs designed to acquire and retain users.
• Oversee program infrastructure, ensuring that application and participation links are easily accessible (e.g., via website footer).
• Coordinate influencer-generated content and campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Performance & ROI

• Track, measure, and report on influencer campaign performance, with a focus on ROI and user growth.
• Optimize strategies based on analytics, feedback, and market trends.

Partnership Growth

• Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers and affiliates.
• Identify opportunities for expanding partnerships into new channels or formats.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate marketing, preferably in the gaming, mobile app, or consumer tech industries.
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing influencer relationships that drive measurable results.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and ROI in influencer campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with influencer management platforms and tracking tools.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
