Tech Lead -Automation Architecture & Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead advanced automation infrastructure for complex, multidisciplinary embedded systems. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, driving best practices, frameworks, and tooling for end-to-end validation processes. You will work closely with software, hardware, RF, and FPGA teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement automation architecture and infrastructure strategy.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts in Python.
• Lead the design of end-to-end and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for embedded systems and RF subsystems.
• Build and enhance simulation environments for complex subsystems.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and guide resolution with development teams.
• Set testing standards, methodologies, and tools across the organization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and quality reports.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation development, including infrastructure and architectural design.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with PyTest, unittest, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience in automated testing of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, or communication protocols.
• Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
