Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator based in Rishon LeZion with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives. The coordinator will ensure that events run smoothly and meet the needs and expectations of clients.

Qualifications

Event Planning and Event Management skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and client relations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in event management software is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
