We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Demand Planning Team Leader to join our RMA Team in the Global Appliances Operations group.
If you’re passionate about supply chain, love working with large datasets, and enjoy creating accurate forecasts and smart inventory analysis — this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor the planning team
- Build and monitor RMA & POC forecasts and performance
- Manage day-to-day planning operations
- Optimize stocking and shipments
- Own and improve advanced planning processes and KPIs
- Drive process optimization, customer service, and data improvement projects
What you bring:
- BA/BSc in Logistics / Industrial Engineering
- 2–3 years’ experience as a planning team leader in a global supply chain environment
- Strong analytical skills & Microsoft Office expertise (especially Excel)
- Excellent English (native level) and communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, fast learner
