🚀 Responsibilities & Challenges

As an R&D Team Leader/Director at OP Innovate, you will lead a focused team of 6 developers, contributing to our innovative product lines. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, technical guidance, and execution, with a strong focus on project and product delivery within the cybersecurity domain.

You will be expected to:

• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing development team (6 developers), fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Drive R&D project and product execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for both our cloud-native SaaS platform and on-premise enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product management to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Apply your familiarity with cybersecurity product development to guide architectural decisions and ensure the robustness and security of our solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving, maintaining a hands-on approach while empowering your team.
