IT Manager

A dynamic technology company specializing in software development is looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of our systems, networking, security, and IT operations With great communication skills, service orientation, vast knowledge of best IT practices, and an excellent technical understanding of modern environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ System Administration:

• Manage and maintain cloud environments - Azure.
• Oversee user accounts, permissions, and security policies (Active Directory, M365, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Handle software and hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  
  

• Manage company networks, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure network security through monitoring, vulnerability patching, and access control.
• Experience in setting up, managing, and operating a VOIP/PBX telephony system
  
  

• Provide technical support for employees (hardware (Windows, Linux, MacOS), software, connectivity).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Train employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
  
  

• Oversee IT asset management (laptops, cloud resources, licenses).
• Implement automation and DevOps practices where applicable.
• Support IT compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001)
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration (small/mid-size companies preferred).
• Strong knowledge of system administration (Windows, Linux, Cloud).
• Experience with network configuration (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure).
• Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
