Strategic Sourcing Specialist

At HR HOME you will play a key role in talent acquisition by sourcing and engaging potential candidates through multiple channels. Using recruitment techniques and tools, you will identify and connect with qualified individuals, build a strong talent pipeline, and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via various channels and platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements.

Requirements
