Product Manager (Matchmaking & AI/ML)

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead our Matchmaking & AI/ML domain — shaping intelligent systems that personalize gameplay and power fair, competitive experiences at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of features across the Matchmaking and AI/ML domains
• Define and prioritize the roadmap, balancing user experience, performance, and business impact
• Translate product goals into effective ML-powered solutions in partnership with data and algorithm teams
• Write clear PRDs and user stories, lead backlog grooming, and drive execution from ideation to launch
• Monitor product performance, uncover insights, and iterate to improve KPIs like retention, fairness, and engagement
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in gaming, consumer tech, or ML-driven products
• Solid understanding of ML concepts (ranking, personalization, recommendations) and their impact on gameplay
• Passion for games and competitive environments, with a strong grasp of player behavior and engagement
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work closely with engineering and data teams
• Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data to guide product decisions and optimize performance
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven — you turn ideas into results
• Bonus: experience in real-money or competitive games, matchmaking systems, or a technical background (e.g., CS, engineering, statistics)
