A leading company in its field is recruiting an Information Systems Manager.

The role includes:

Management and maintenance of the company's computing infrastructure and server farms.

Operation and support of computing equipment, communications, and switchboard in the company's branches and head office.

Providing ongoing support and care for approximately 130 users: installing systems, updates, preparing workstations for new users, managing permissions, connecting to printers, and handling operational faults.

Managing the Helpdesk system and handling service calls.

Providing telephone and face-to-face support to users in the various systems.

Handling faults that require physical arrival at the user's workstation.

Managing inventory of computing equipment and software licenses.

Managing and supporting a team of Tier 1 technicians.

Building work procedures, technical manuals, and system documentation.

At least 3-5 years of experience in IT/System support and management roles - required

Administrative experience - an advantage, but not mandatory

Relevant technological education or appropriate certifications - required.

Deep experience with Windows OS - required

Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 standard for information security - required.

Experience with Active Directory, including GPO, DNS, DHCP - required.

Experience with virtual servers, mainly VMware - required.

Experience with network equipment - Switches and Fortinet Firewalls - required.

Full control of communication protocols and real-time monitoring and troubleshooting tools - required.

Experience with Microsoft 365 - required.

Full control of RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) - required.

Valid driver's license - required.

Knowledge of the Priority system - an advantage."
