Head of HR & Operations (Portfolio Company)

A small, but growing, company (approx. 20 employees) is seeking a first HR and operations leader to own hiring and all things people as well as key operational processes and strategic projects. This role will work directly with the Founders to lay a scalable foundation for future growth.

While this role is not officially on the management team - the company doesn't yet have a formal one - it is a position with huge potential for impact and high-visibility work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has led HR in a small start-up environment before, and is looking to do it again with a talented, motivated team.

Note: This is not a pure HR role - candidates should be interested in contributing to a range of operational and customer-related projects.

In this role you will:

• Oversee people and HR functions, including performance management, welfare, and office
• Lead hiring efforts across a range of positions (mainly Israel-focused)
• Support a wide range of operational projects, from finance to customer-focused initiatives
• Lay the groundwork for HR processes and infrastructure as the company scales
• Contribute meaningfully to the organizational development and growth of the org

For this role, you must have experience :

• Leading HR in a small, growing startup
• Owning recruiting efforts, including for non-technical/GTM hires
• Developing infrastructure and processes from scratch
• Contributing to high-level strategic decision-making processes
