Digital Marketing Specialist

Signature-IT Branding & Digital Division is a leading branding and digital agency located in Kiryat Tivon, specializing in providing comprehensive marketing solutions to B2B global companies headquartered in Israel, as well as government and municipal organizations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the primary focal point for our clients, managing end-to-end client relationships while driving digital marketing excellence. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on digital marketing operations, requiring both client-facing expertise and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Customer-Facing Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and translating challenges into actionable marketing strategies
• Social Media Management: Manage social media activities across all platforms, create content calendars, monitor daily performance metrics, and conduct weekly trend research for proactive content ideas
• Marketing Automation: Build automated workflows, newsletters, landing pages, create personalized customer journeys, and integration using various marketing platforms
• Technical Web Management: Utilize HTML/CSS skills for website modifications, manage WordPress sites with Elementor Pro for content updates, landing page creation, and advanced webpage editing
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead project teams, coordinate kickoff meetings, and manage cross-departmental collaboration (creative, content, media, analytics) to achieve client objectives
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, create interactive dashboards, and ensure campaigns meet budget parameters with weekly optimization initiatives
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports, conduct performance analysis of digital campaigns, social media, website, and competitors, and ensure profitable delivery aligned with client agreements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and client management, preferably in B2B environments
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, HTML/CSS coding, and WordPress/Elementor Pro
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with native Hebrew and fluent English
• Strategic business understanding with high service orientation and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and a proactive approach
