THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our teams by finding and attracting the very best talent in Israel’s hi-tech ecosystem. This role is all about taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from creative sourcing and candidate outreach to guiding hiring managers and shaping the best candidate experience. You'll work closely with our business leaders to hire top engineers and tech professionals. - Data-informed and process-oriented, with a strong understanding of recruitment metrics
- Attention to even the most minor details, especially while working under pressure
- A clear communicator who builds trust with candidates and hiring teams alike
- Own full-cycle E2E recruitment processes for roles across the organization
- Attract and engage top talent using multiple channels and creative strategies, developing new sources, meetups, and conferences, working closely with marketing, constantly improving our employer brand
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers – both in Israel and globally- and partner closely to tailor the most accurate role requirements and professional process
- Manage pipelines, schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a great candidate experience
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Track hiring data and metrics to improve recruitment KPIs
- Champion best practices in hiring and help optimize tools, processes, and team collaboration, using market benchmarks
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, including 2+ years as an in-house recruiter - Must
- Proven experience with behavioral interviewing
- Experience recruiting for tech/hi-tech or software companies - Must
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for R&D and niche technical roles - Must
- Deep knowledge of the local (Jerusalem) hi-tech ecosystem
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, with the ability to interview comfortably in both
- Experienced in using ATS tools (preferably Comeet / Recruit / Greenhouse) and working in a data-driven environment
- Tech-savvy, highly proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.), and comfortable learning new systems
