SAP Implementation Specialist

• Analyze the professional needs of HR teams and translate them into technological solutions
• Perform system configurations and customizations in SAP HR according to organizational requirements
• Provide training and ongoing support to system users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP HR system
• Ensure system updates are aligned with regulatory and business changes

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a strong desire to specialize in SAP HR applications
• Proven experience in system analysis, module customization, and writing specifications for development teams
• Ability to independently learn and understand complex business processes
• Experience in leading projects from requirements gathering to go-live
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including knowledge transfer to other team members
• Familiarity with new SAP technologies such as Fiori/UI5, ESS/MSS – an advantage
• Experience with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management modules – an advantage
• Knowledge of the SAP Authorization module – an advantage
