- Analyze the professional needs of HR teams and translate them into technological solutions
- Perform system configurations and customizations in SAP HR according to organizational requirements
- Provide training and ongoing support to system users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP HR system
- Ensure system updates are aligned with regulatory and business changes
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a strong desire to specialize in SAP HR applications
- Proven experience in system analysis, module customization, and writing specifications for development teams
- Ability to independently learn and understand complex business processes
- Experience in leading projects from requirements gathering to go-live
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, including knowledge transfer to other team members
- Familiarity with new SAP technologies such as Fiori/UI5, ESS/MSS – an advantage
- Experience with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management modules – an advantage
- Knowledge of the SAP Authorization module – an advantage
