Analyze the professional needs of HR teams and translate them into technological solutions
Perform system configurations and customizations in SAP HR according to organizational requirements
Provide training and ongoing support to system users
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP HR system
Ensure system updates are aligned with regulatory and business changes

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a strong desire to specialize in SAP HR applications
Proven experience in system analysis, module customization, and writing specifications for development teams
Ability to independently learn and understand complex business processes
Experience in leading projects from requirements gathering to go-live
Strong teamwork and communication skills, including knowledge transfer to other team members
Familiarity with new SAP technologies such as Fiori/UI5, ESS/MSS – an advantage
Experience with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management modules – an advantage
Knowledge of the SAP Authorization module – an advantage
