We're Hiring | Senior Data Analyst | Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

A leading financial organization in central Israel is looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on user experience analytics, incident investigation, and digital service optimization – all powered by advanced tools, automation, and cutting-edge AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze user traffic and behavior across mobile/web applications in production environments
• Build advanced Splunk queries, dashboards, and alerts for real-time monitoring of services and performance
• Develop Python-based automation tools to process data and extract business insights
• Work with advanced LLMs (Large Language Models) and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and more) to build smart internal tools – such as automated troubleshooting, anomaly detection, and incident documentation
• Implement AI-driven solutions to improve user experience, detect trends, and accelerate operational response

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst, with strong business process understanding and data-driven insight generation
• Hands-on expertise in Splunk (complex queries, alerts, and reporting) – must
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and process automation – must
• Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI GPT or equivalents) – must
• Practical experience analyzing mobile/web app traffic in production – must

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience developing AI-based tools in a tech-driven organization
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL, Elastic, and cloud monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus
• Background in SRE/DevOps or experience with CI/CD pipelines
