Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Customer-Facing Solution Architect with deep technical expertise in cloud security and a strong orientation toward relationship building to join our growing dream team.

In this role, you will engage directly with both SMB and enterprise customers, translating business and technical needs into technical solutions. Leading both pre and post sales processes and interactions, promoting platform value through demos, onboarding, implementation and guidance of new features and capabilities. You will also provide hands-on technical support, and solutions that align with their security goals.

As a trusted technical advisor and cloud security enabler, you will help customers fully realize the value of ARMO’s platform, empowering them to adopt, optimize, and scale secure cloud environments with confidence.

What will you do?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with our product(s)
• Occasionally join and deliver Demos and POC’s to prospects with the sales team
• Lead and manage interaction with our enterprise prospects and customers through different channels including periodic meetings, Slack and e-mail.
• Manage the customer journey, establish regular touchpoints and understand pain points, compelling events, business goals and objectives including success milestones and drive the customer to success
• Lead technical onboarding, deployment, and integration of ARMO solutions in prospect and customer environments, both SaaS and On-Prem deployment
• Ensure clients are trained on ARMO platform and guide them on best practices and on new features and capabilities to drive ROI and real business impact.
• Act as a trusted advisor to DevOps, DevSecOps, and security teams—bridging platform capabilities with prospect and customer needs.
• Be part of a mission-driven team that drives customer and prospect strategic account planning.
• Onboard new customers; increase product adoption and usage across your full customer base; ensure timely renewals while minimizing churn; and uncover additional opportunities for value acceleration and expansion
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer bugs and feedback and influence roadmap direction.
• Establish customer dashboards and translate customer product usage data into actionable insights for customers

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Support, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer, etc.)
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Cloud, Runtime Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experienced in supporting tech tools and/or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Solid understanding of security principles, DevOps and compliance practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
• Track record of customer advocacy and influencing successful product adoption.
• Native English level required (Both Verbal and Written)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm, etc.) - an advantage.
