About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on AWS Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our growing technology team.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role combining cloud architecture, software engineering, implementation, consulting, and presales.

You will work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements, design AWS architectures, build and integrate cloud-native solutions, and help take projects from initial discovery through implementation and production.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available AWS architectures across compute, networking, storage, databases, security, and data services.
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications, integrations, automation tools, and infrastructure components.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, monitoring, logging, and operational automation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Integrate AWS services with APIs, third-party platforms, SaaS solutions, and on-premises environments.
• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into practical technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, demonstrations, solution proposals, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation, reusable architectures, best practices, and implementation accelerators.
• Continuously evaluate new AWS services and technologies and contribute to the evolution of INNO by YouCC’s cloud, data, and AI offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
• Strong experience with core AWS services across Compute, Networking, Storage, Databases, Security, and Management & Governance.
• Strong software development skills and experience building cloud-native applications, integrations, or automation solutions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and logging.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including security, networking, scalability, high availability, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
• Customer-facing or consulting experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to support presales activities, including technical discovery, architecture discussions, solution proposals, presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Strong Advantages

• AWS certifications at Associate, Professional, or Specialty level.
• Significant hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Generative AI / AI Agents, Data & Analytics, Observability, Cloud Security, FinOps / Cloud Cost Optimization.
• Experience working in an AWS Partner, consulting, professional services, or systems integration environment.
