The Impact You’ll Own

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the operational backbone of Emerix - keeping us sharp, focused, and fast as we scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO, owning execution across the most important internal and client-facing initiatives.

• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across client accounts: track commitments, follow-ups, and deadlines in coordination with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Create and drive internal systems for prioritization, accountability, and information flow
• Own cross-functional project management for company-wide goals, launches, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with founders to drive clarity and execution on their highest-priority projects
• Step in wherever needed to remove blockers and accelerate progress

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• Experience in a high-performance, execution-heavy environment (e.g., founder’s associate, early-stage ops, chief of staff)
• A strong bias for action and ownership - you move fast and don’t need hand-holding
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• High attention to detail with strong systems thinking
• A client-centric mindset: you want our customers to win
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and quickly making sense of complex situations
• Experience working with Product and/or Engineering teams is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew &. English - clear, concise, and persuasive communication is second nature
