Product Manager

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional squads. In this role, you will drive the development and success of our product, shaping solutions that enhance efficiency and automation for IT teams worldwide.

As the Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap, turning complex challenges into intuitive, impactful solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative features that empower thousands of global customers and shape the future of AI-powered IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver impactful product initiatives.
• Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning to launch, iteration, and adoption.
• Define and prioritize product requirements by combining user feedback, market trends, data insights, and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, analytics, customer revenue, and marketing) to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.
• Continuously analyze user behavior and market landscape to identify opportunities, optimize the user experience, and drive product growth.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with technical products, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong technical foundation with an understanding of software development processes, cloud environments, and IT ecosystems.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional squads in Agile environments, successfully driving products from concept to launch and adoption.
• Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset, able to connect market trends, user insights, and business goals into clear, actionable product decisions.
• Experience with UX-focused product development, collaborating with design to simplify complex technical challenges into intuitive solutions that delight users.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
