*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our accounting team in a key role overseeing all financial operations. This service-oriented position requires proven managerial experience and the ability to lead processes, oversee workflows, and collaborate effectively across departments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Financial Operations Management:*

- Full responsibility for bookkeeping activities across the company and subsidiaries

- Manage accounts receivable/payable, provisions, bank reconciliations, and tax reporting

- Lead implementation of internal controls and workflows to improve efficiency and compliance

- Oversee monthly financial close processes, including trial balance preparation and journal entries

*Global Payroll Leadership:*

- End-to-end payroll management for 50+ employees across global entities

- Coordinate with local payroll providers and manage statutory reporting

- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, time-off tracking, and expense reimbursements

- Manage employee provisions including bonuses and accrued leave

*Team Leadership & Compliance:*

- Lead and manage accounting team members

- Maintain accurate financial records ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

- Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes

- Support finance team with various projects and initiatives

*Requirements:*

- Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3)

- 3+ years as accounting manager or senior bookkeeper in global tech company

- Certified Payroll Controller with 3+ years experience managing 50+ employees

- Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll processes and labor law

- Experience with Michpal; NetSuite experience preferred

- Advanced Excel proficiency

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment

- High ethical standards and confidentiality-oriented approach
