Full Stack Team Lead

Our platform is built on a modern tech stack (NestJS, NextJS, and Postgres) and we’re looking for a hands-on engineering lead to drive innovation forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of talented full stack developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical direction
• Own and deliver end-to-end features across the stack using modern tools and frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations to ship scalable, user-focused features
• Shape development standards and improve engineering processes to support team growth and velocity
• Roll up your sleeves and code—this is a leadership role with technical ownership

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, in addition to hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, NestJS, NextJS, and PostgreSQL
• A passion for clean code, performance, and building impactful products
• Proven ability to grow, inspire, and organize a team in a startup or high-paced environment
• Bonus: Experience in insurtech, fintech, or healthtech
