Description

Tenengroup seeks an experienced PPC Facebook Campaign Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and will take ownership of planning, optimizing, and executing PPC campaigns across various platforms. Focusing on driving conversions and maximizing ROI, you will work closely with our different teams to develop innovative strategies and analyze performance metrics to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media channels.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create ad copy and creatives.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on all PPC efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Meta campaigns
Proficiency in social media advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
