We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist to join our HR team in Tel-Aviv, and be part of our Employee Experience and Internal Communication team. The social media specialist is expected to:

• Create and manage Artlist’s internal brand content through social networks and various media channels
• Establish and deliver social media content to strengthen our employees’ engagement and brand awareness at all sites and make people know each other and the product better
• Lead initiatives and campaigns in our internal media channels to promote Artlist’s culture internally and externally
• Promote transparency, internal communication and hiring attractiveness
• Proactively keep updated on digital and social media trends, act fast and initiate creative timely communications
• Manage current social channels as well as the Artlist career website
• Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics
  
  

• Proficient Social Media Specialist with at least 2 years of experience at a SaaS company
• Confident and driven, with the ability to proactively initiate activities and create engaging content
• Native English - Must
• A true storyteller with exceptional writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• You’re both a creative thinker and have an analytical mind
• Background in video making and content creation
