Hilti Store Representative - Haifa

What's the Role?

The purpose of the role is to promote Hilti's image, sell Hilti's products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.

What does the role involve?

• Marketing and selling the company's products in a variety of fields.
• Daily work with account managers, and providing service to clients.
• Handling logistics - receiving goods, orders, inventory counts, responsibility for the visibility of the store.
• Responsibility for collection and funds.
• Leading the store to meet monthly targets.
• Working regularly in a computerized environment, including using the SAP system

What you need is:

• Experience in retail - closing immediate transactions (for example: furniture / electrical / industrial stores and more).
• Experience in sales and service/sales management in a company's store or branch.
• Experience with business clients - a significant advantage!
• Sales experience in the construction industry and/or electrical tools - a significant advantage.
• High level English - comprehension, reading and writing.
• Hebrew fluent
