We are Hiring: Controller – Public Company

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Public

Accountant (CPA) to join our growing finance team as a Controller.

As a publicly traded company, we operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and

we’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a strategic

mindset to help drive financial excellence and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in

accordance with IFRS

 Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

 Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements of the capital

markets

 Manage relationships with external auditors and advisors

 Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies

 Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives

Requirements:

 CPA certification (Israel)

 Internship completed at one of the Big 4 accounting firms

 Previous experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller in a publicly

traded company

 Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards

 Proficiency in Excel

 Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
