IT Manager

A successful Start-Up Company developing a groundbreaking and innovative new type of Database is looking for an IT Manager.

This is a One- Wo\Man Show position with full responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure.

The company is located in Binyamina (train line access) and offers a hybrid work model – one day from home.

The role includes:

• Managing and maintaining servers, networks, computers, and information systems
• Providing technical support services to employees
• Implementing and enforcing information security policies
• Managing software and hardware licenses
• Leading system upgrade projects and the adoption of new technologies
• Managing the company’s cloud platforms

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as an IT Manager
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, network management, and cybersecurity protocols
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse team
• Proven experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and software development workflows – an advantage
