They are now seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Israeli site, owning the full spectrum of HR responsibilities while aligning local people strategy with global business goals.

🎯 About the Role:

This is a hands-on, strategic role for an experienced HR leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You’ll report to the Global VP HR and collaborate closely with site leadership and international teams. Key responsibilities include:

• 🤝 HR Business Partnering: Advise and support local leadership on org design, workforce planning, performance, and engagement.
• 🎯 Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for key positions across technical and business units, in close coordination with the global TA function.
• 🧠 Manager Coaching: Support and challenge managers to lead more effectively through feedback, coaching, and development programs.
• ⚙️ HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR processes (onboarding, compliance, employee lifecycle), ensuring alignment with Israeli labor laws.
• 📈 Organizational Development: Implement and adapt global OD initiatives locally—culture shaping, succession planning, internal mobility, etc.

🧩 What You Bring:

• ✅ 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a senior HRBP or site HR lead
• 🇮🇱 Deep knowledge of the Israeli tech ecosystem and labor legislation
• 🧭 Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders
• 🔍 Strong hiring acumen across disciplines
• 🌐 Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
• 👐 A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• 🗣 Fluent in Hebrew and English
