With a platform trusted by over 100 retailers (and growing fast), strong product-market fit, and real momentum, we’re scaling up, and looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us take things to the next level.

• You love clean, efficient backend code and take pride in solid architecture.
• You’re comfortable owning projects end-to-end and thrive with real responsibility.
• You see the bigger picture - how your code supports the product, the customer, and the business.
• You're curious, collaborative, and like solving tough problems without taking yourself too seriously.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build scalable backend systems that power real-time interactions.
• Take full ownership - from planning and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Work with a modern stack: Kotlin, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
• Help shape the technical direction of a growing, product-led company.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of backend production experience with Kotlin/Java/Scala/Go (Kotlin is a strong plus).
• Solid hands-on experience with both NoSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: familiarity with Rust, CI/CD, ML/NLP, or DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills and solid English—written and spoken.
