User Experience Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join ELTA Systems, working on complex systems and cutting-edge technological projects.

The position includes:

• Designing the UX of large-scale, complex applications in the fields of command & control systems, air traffic control, and GIS

• Working within a structured UX process: domain research, defining operational concepts, detailed specifications (including interactive prototypes), writing User Stories, and supporting development

• Leading the UX conceptualization for innovative applications in diverse operational domains

• Creating user-friendly and intuitive solutions across platforms and environments – desktop, tablet, and web

• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders: system engineers, product managers, software developers, and the UX/UI team

• Rapidly learning new (sometimes highly technical) topics and independently leading UX specification processes

• Solving complex UX challenges with creative, original solutions

What we are looking for:

• Formal education in UX – required

• Experience in UX design for complex systems – strong advantage for B2B, defense, or information systems

• Deep understanding of user experience and UX methodologies

• Hands-on experience with UX tools like Axure and Figma – required

• Strong English skills, including written expression (for writing User Stories)

• High level of professional awareness regarding UX trends and research
