Wanted: Backend Team Leader for a global AdTech company in the Sharon area. This is a very rewarding full-time and hybrid (two days from home) position.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s Backend Team.

● Build, develop and monitor highly scalable backend services and APIs.

● Work closely with front-end teams, product, and operations to launch new functionalities

● Enhance server speed, database operations, and overall codebase efficiency

● Implement thorough documentation, testing procedures, and version management

● Take initiative to find and fix system problems and performance constraints

Job Requirements:

● 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.

●  Advanced knowledge of AWS-based system architecture

● Proficiency in PHP or GO

● Experience designing and scaling backend systems in a production environment
