DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Financial Controller of Exclusive Networks Israel Ltd, you will:

• Act as a key contributor within the global accounting team, actively managing critical aspects of the monthy, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, including the accurate preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Ensure recording, monitoring and reporting general and technical accounting activity according to the Group’s Policies.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly reporting package and cashflow analysis, providing insightful information to internal stakeholders, management, and investors.
• Support the Finance Director with the preparation of financial forecast and budget analysis.
• Partner with the internal sales team to provide guidance regarding deals terms, rebates, and incentive plans.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise daily operations together with the company’s bookkeeper, including payments to suppliers, AR monitoring, etc.
• Be direct liaison with auditors and internal accounting team to efficiently get through external and internal audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Israel and abroad to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
• Contribute your expertise and support with various accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Accountant has:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA qualification – preferred.
• Experience working for Big-4 accounting firms.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting as an assistant controller/controller role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, Israeli Accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insight using Excel and power-BI tools.
• Familiar with transfer pricing methodologies and inter-company transactions.
• Great communicator and collaborator with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Hands-on approach, details oriented with problem solving skills and strong commitment to ethics and compliance.
• Experience with financial tools: SAP Business one, Netsuite is a plus.
• Professional level of English and Hebrew (verbal/written).
