What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute multi-channel paid + organic social campaigns (Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with content, design, and product to shape sharp, relevant narratives for traders and tech-savvy audiences
• Test & optimize campaigns to grow community, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads
• Own analytics — track performance, extract insights, and drive smart iteration
• Stay sharp on market trends and fintech culture to keep our voice ahead of the curve
• Build from the ground up — help shape brand tone, social playbooks, and content systems

What You Bring:

• 4+ years managing paid & organic social campaigns at high-growth companies
• Experience growing brand visibility & engagement in dynamic, competitive industries (Fintech, Ecom, Gaming = a plus)
• Strong data literacy — you live in dashboards and love turning insight into action
• Sharp copywriting and creative instincts — you can brief, write, and execute with flair
• Startup mindset — you move fast, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
