On your day to day

We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about technology and building scalable systems and applications. In this role, you’ll be hands-on, getting your hands dirty in the code, leading by example, and driving technical excellence across the board. You’ll play a key part in shaping and scaling the engineering team, coaching team leads, and unlocking bottlenecks to increase dev velocity. Success in this role means going beyond the title, challenging ideas, diving into the details, and influencing both the product and the people who build it. You’ll be a force multiplier across engineering, constantly pushing for better processes, stronger execution, and a culture of ownership.

Requirements:

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• 5+ years of experience leading engineers, including 2+ years managing other team leads
• Background in building and scaling SaaS products and web applications
• Strong technical orientation with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset
• Proven ability to grow teams, mentor leaders, and drive performance
• Familiarity with our tech stack (Node.js, React, and cloud-based architecture) - a big plus!
