Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site hybrid role. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions, managing the candidate pipeline, and supporting the recruitment process. Daily tasks include conducting research to find qualified candidates, using various sourcing methods, building relationships with potential candidates, and working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. The role also involves negotiating contracts and managing procurement activities related to the hiring process.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices is a plus
