We're looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at Nexite, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's direction. You will continuously explore customer needs, prototype and test new features, leverage real-time item-level data, and translate insights into high-impact product improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product capabilities.
• Use behavioral, sales, and operational data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
• Continuously engage in customer discovery and experimentation.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using GenAI to shape concepts, draft requirements, and build early prototypes.
• Drive vision and strategy grounded in customer needs and market insights.
• Champion usability, customer value, and business outcomes.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Demonstrated and recent (past 6+ months) deep usage of GenAI tools in your PM workflow—from vibe coding and user story generation to interface prototyping and AI-assisted analysis.
• Deep analytical skills; proficient in turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and move fast in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail technology or adjacent industries is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with retail clients on-site.
