Head of IT Division

We're looking for a Director of Information Systems to join our extended management team, reporting to the CIO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a division of 200+ employees across IT, digital, ERP, billing, CRM, and AI systems
• Drive company-wide tech strategy and transformation
• Oversee planning, development, and maintenance of all corporate IT systems
• Represent the company in internal and external forums

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 7+ years of professional experience in IT/AI/Digital systems in organizations with 1,000+ users
3. 4+ years of senior management experience
4. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Additional academic degree
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects
• Background in leading innovation initiatives
